Taking you from start to finish.

-We begin by asking how many people will be occupying the space as well as what the home will be primarily used for. 

-Next we will design a floor plan with  you to accommodate the feel, function and layout of a home which reflects your desires and needs.

-After the design and layout are decided. The following step in the process are to choose  materials. 

-For the interior our customers choose their wall/ceiling colors/stains, flooring and counter tops. 

- And for the exterior we offer a variety colors for the metal roofing as well as various stains for the log- siding.

-Lastly, when it comes to the build we offer a turn key or shells which customers can finish the interior themselves if they choose to!

-Both of these options may be delivered to customers site or may be built on site depending on the size and specifications of the building!

-If you already have a foundation developed we can deliver to your site or build on site. 

-If you do not have a foundation offer the ability to create one for you with all traditional options: slab, block foundation, gravel or concrete pillars. 

-You may choose to work with your own contractors for utility hook ups, but we can also accommodate that for you as well with teams we work with all the time!

-If you already have a piece of property for the cabin then all we need to do is build and or deliver the cabin to you.

'In the scenario that you do not have land purchased already, but have areas in mind we can assist you through the purchase of raw land in an area that best suits you.

-We also have various in house land available in great locations!
